Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach or kale (for a green boost)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado (for creaminess)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional, for extra zing)
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:
