Manuka Honey and Lemon Detox Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach or kale (for a green boost)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 avocado (for creaminess)
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional, for extra zing)
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients: If you haven’t already, chop the cucumber, apple, and avocado.

Blend: Add the spinach (or kale), almond milk (or coconut water), Manuka honey, lemon juice, cucumber, apple, avocado, and ginger (if using) into a blender.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend again.
